• If a delivery date is requested, please allow at least 2 - 3 days.
• If the delivery date is unspecified or invalid, we will deliver on the earliest possible date.
• A message card is free of charge. Write in the text box within 50 words, with line breaks. Japanese is accepted but Japnese character will not be properly shown in your order confirmation.
• Click "Add to cart" and give your billing and shipping information in the next page. Please do not use Japanese characters for the Shipping information and Special instuctions. The system does not accept them.
• Select a payment method.
• Press the confirm button only once and you will be redirected to an online payment page.
• Process your payment.

Our cake supplier is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays. Please order well in advance to your requested delivery date.

If your payment is succefully done, you will receive a receipt from PayPal of 2Checkout.com whichever you chose as your payment option. Then the order is complete and we will process your order. If you did not go through the payment successfully, please try again to place a new order or contact us for assistance. Orders with failed payment will not be processed.
