Sending Flowers to Japan, Flower Delivery international, New Baby Gift

** We will track a delivery status to its arrival and update you on the status by email.

• We deliver specially arranged flowers everyday to anywhere in Japan except undeliverable areas. We basically do not deliver to US Military Bases.
• We do not deliver outside Japan.
• Deliveries are made by YAMATO TRANSPORT CO., LTD.
• We charge US$ 12 of delivery and handling fee per order. No delivery or handling fee will be applied when the total order amount is over US$ 100.
• Flowers are delivered by refrigerated cargo during summer time.
• Please order at least a few days prior to the requested arrival date. If a delivery date was not specified or invalid, we will deliver at the earliest available date.
• During peak time, such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas, please try to place your order earlier.
• In case that an item is found damaged at the arrival, please inform us.
• Fresh cakes are delivered frozen to keep their freshness.
• Flowers and a cake are delivered in separate packages.

The delivery time can be specified in the "Special Instructions" from one of the following time slots:
before noon / 12 - 2 p.m. / 2 - 4 p.m. / 4 - 6 p.m. / 6 - 8 p.m. / 8 - 9 p.m.
* Requested time is not guarranteed. There are places where a delivery can only be made in the afternoon. If the recipient is not available to recieve the order at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in the mailbox and the order will be redelivered.

Each order item is carefully packed and kept stable.
