Images of flower arrangements presented in this website are samples. Some
flowers may be substituted depending on the availability at the time. We
carefuly choose and arrange flowers at the best conditions. You can specify
your preference in a text box "Special Instructions" before completing
the payment. We try to follow it as much as possible.
Upon request, we can send you a photo of your order by email. Please specify
in the order form if you wish.

Cancellations
You have a right to cancel your order up to 3 days prior to the delivery date. Please notify us by email.
*It is not possible to cancel after the item has already been shipped out.
Refund
In case that you receive a defective product, we will replace it as soon
as possible. Please notify within 3 days.
If an ordered product turns out to be unavailable at the time of your order.
In that case, we will let you know immediately and give a full refund.
